OVERVIEW

Since graduating from the Azerbaijani State University of Culture and the Arts and receiving a degree in Film-making, Ali Hasanov has become known for his unique brand of striking nonconformist work, in particular for his performance art and his musical collective PG Large Used Project. He represented Azerbaijan at the 52nd Venice Biennale.
