FREESTYLE: LECTURE BY ARSTARULSMIRUS (LATVIA)

YARAT Contemporary Art Space will host a lecture “Discipline yourself with ease and joy” by Arstarulsmirus (Latvia), who will come from Riga especially for this.

Arstarulsmirus is a lecturer and personal growth coach. Creator and host of classes on the topics of “Awareness (management of attention)”; “Emotional self-regulation”; “Psychology of self-discipline”; “The role of music in the process of self-study and spiritual growth”; “The use of music in the development of non-verbal communication skills and in the processes of team building”, etc.

If you wish to learn how to make self-discipline not just an efficient tool, but also a comfortable, exciting process, then we will be glad to see you at the YARAT Centre.
