You can achieve goals, without tormenting yourself and people around. Use the methods confirmed by science. They give the chance to explore yourself more deeply and discipline with ease.

Imagine thatyou are moving towards your goals without feeling constant pressure or guilt due to unfulfilled tasks, without any delay or nervous breakdowns.

Imagine that you are making real progress in different areas of your life, in good time, and without being emotionally abused, while saving your health and time.

Imagine thatself-discipline comes naturally without upsetting your comfort, because the changes you experience give you comfort and are not forced by external factors.

This self-discipline course will help you to become more aware of yourself and will teach you how to manage your inner impulses.

9 generations of participants have taken theDiscipline Yourself with Ease and Joyclasses. The classes are based on many years of personal experience and research done by the course coach, as well as invaluable knowledge gained from hundreds of lectures and other activities on self-cognition. The information used in this session has been drawn from books by Kelly McGonigal, Daniel J.
