CLASSIC MUSIC PERFORM BY YOUNG STUDENTS

“YARAT” Contemporary Art Centre is pleased to invite you to the musical evening, where the students of special secondary school named after Bul-Bul will perform classic music and popular music compositions.

We intend to present you a new sensation, combining various forms of art.

For one evening, the works of modern artists will turn into decorations by multiply enriching the musical impressions with visual images.

1. J.Bock – “Sunrise sunset” from “Fiddler on the Roof”

Performed by Sona Iskandarli - the laureate of international competitions

2. G.Gershwin – Preludes

Performed by Leyla Zeynalova (piano) – the winner of presidential scholarship

3. B. Heinz – Blues

Performed by Said Baghirzade and Muhammad Pashazade (clarinet) – laureates of republic competitions

4. Abreu – Tiko-tiko

Performed by Jalil Bashirli (tar) – the laureate of republic competition

Accompanist: Aygun Safarzade

5. M.Dunaevsky – “The Lion and the barber” from the soundtrack to the film “Mary Poppins”

Performed by Chinara Azimova (vocal) – the winner of presidential scholarship and by Narmina Ismailova (piano) – the laureate of international competitions

6. D. Ellington – “The Caravan”

7. A. Piazzolla – “Oblivion”
