Under the creative platform YARAT FreeStyle we begin a series of regular meetings with the Union of Architects of Azerbaijan. The goal is to discuss topical issues, presentation of architectural projects and discussions.
April 13, 2016 architect Elbey Kasim-zade and architectural design company "El&En" will present latest work "YT-Park" on the island Pirallahi, located on the northeast coast of the Absheron Peninsula.
About the project: Modernity is characterized by high speed of introduction of new technologies and achievements of scientific thought. The whole world joined it, crucial for the life of the peoples the race. As in many developed countries, great attention is paid to the issue in our country. Created techno-parks and advanced manufacturing.
Under construction “YT-Rica” occupies 50 hectares in the Central part of the island. Master plan “YT-Rica” offers a clear functional zoning. This takes into account the factor of the sea, so that being in any of the buildings located here was an opportunity looking the sea view. It is the most important psychological factors provide comfort of work and residence of people of intellectual labor. Overall, for those on-site professionals provide a comfortable environment for the implementation of key activities and accommodation, recreation and entertainment.
