'Tree of Love' appears in Seaside National Park

The ceremony was attended by Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, founder of the International Organization IDEA, and chief editor of "Baku" magazine Leyla Aliyeva and Arzu Aliyeva. A presentation of the "Tree of Love" project was held in the Seaside National Park on February 14. Famous artists gave a concert at the ceremony. Executive Director of the Museum of Modern Art Khayyam Abdinov greeted the participants and spoke about the "Tree of Love", a joint project by IDEA, Space of Contemporary Art "YARAT", and "Baku" magazine. Some people believe that clamps with the initials of lovers attached to the railing of the bridge can bring good luck and happiness. Under old traditions, young people in many countries leave souvenirs in the form of ribbons and hearts with touching inscriptions in the parks. "Tree of Love", a 2.5-meter metal construction, has become a permanent decoration for the Seaside National Park, and a new tourist attraction which attracts couples who want to leave the evidence of their strong feelings on tree branches.
