YARAT Contemporary Art Spaceis please to announce that, as a result of a one month workshop led by an artist and musician Salam Yousry (Egypt), a theatrical piece based on personal stories and songs was produced collectively by a group of aspiring young artists and writers. None of them have ever performed on stage before.

The course, entitled 'From The Individual to The Collective', has helped the participants to raise their awareness on how their everyday experiences could be translated into a play or film. This course also made them conscious of their potential as writers, actors and producers of their own artistic work. You’re welcome to attend our final performance on 6th May 2014 (Tuesday) at International Mugham Centre.
