EXCLUSIVE SPONSOR

The exclusiveness entails the full sponsorship of each given project, without representation or marketing material of any third party. The list of the advantages granted to the Exclusive Sponsor include but are not limited to the permanent presence of the sponsoring company's logo and brand in all the advertisement and information materials produced for the said project as well as the company's representatives attending the project events. The company's logo and brand represented in all the electronic media, TV, presentations, press conference, special ceremonies. All other methods of representation and communication can be negotiated unless they contradict with the essence of the given project and the policy of YARAT Contemporary Art Space.
The above must be pre-negotiated and determined between the parties, as well as the scope of financial aid to be provided. The exclusive sponsorship agreements are signed for one year with a renewal option.
THE GENERAL SPONSOR

The difference of the general sponsor and exclusive sponsorship is that it does not exclude other companies' representations. In order to become a general sponsor the interested company should cover at least 75% of the total budget of any given project.
The general sponsor has the right to place its logo (or logos, if this is an umbrella brand, in which case it is necessary to negotiate in advance the number of brands to be represented) and brand name on all the print, digital, audio and video media used within the frameworks of the given project.The brand name and the slogan will be announced at the opening and closing of the project as well as the events that will be undertaken to gain support for the project. The general sponsor should note the fact that the right of use of certain marketing tools will be granted to other project sponsors.

The option to mention the involvement in the project in the company's own news releases, on the corporate website, in the addresses to clientele and employees, in annual reports and at corporate presentations. The materials should be agreed beforehand with a representative of YARAT! Contemporary Art Space.
OFFICIAL SPONSOR

The official sponsor is a company whose contribution covers 10-30% of the total budget of the projects. The Official sponsor is entitled to the followings (depending on the theme and format of a specific project)
The option to mention the involvement in the project in the company's own news releases, on the corporate website, in the addresses to clientele and employees, in annual reports and at corporate presentations. The materials should be agreed beforehand with a representative of YARAT Contemporary Art Space.

Regardless of the scope of contribution to the general project budget, the sponsor is a company that donates at least AZN 25,000 per project.

THE TECHNICAL SPONSOR

The technical sponsor is a company which prefer to provide any kind of technical support rather than direct financing. For example, telecommunications, logistics, transportation services can be regarded to as a technical support.
In this case, the advantages granted to the technical sponsor shall be negotiated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the sponsor's specialisation and the scope of services it provides.
