FREESTYLE: CHOREOGRAPHY OF THE COMBAT SCENES IN MOVIES WITH SAIN FARHAD

YARAT Contemporary Art Space pleased to invite you to workshop and presentation "Choreography Of The Combat Scenes In Movies" with participation of professional stuntman Sain Ferhad.

The workshop is conducted for all those, who would like to learn more on principles of the combat scenes’ staging in cinematography and learn the art of fighting in combat scenes. You will familiarize yourself practically with actors’ fighting techniques and realize why famous movie scenes look so impressive.

The event organised in frame YARAT Freestyle project, an open platform for everyone who looks to engage creatively with a broad and diverse audience. 

YARAT FreeStyle aims to set up a scene for creative groups and individuals and is open to actors, dancers, performance artists, musicians and other cultural practitioners. Anyone with a project or an idea can reach out to us. 

Sain Farhad is an actor, choreographer of the combat scenes and stuntman holding international Action Martial Arts certificate issued to him as a trainer-choreographer, and a VIP-grade coach in self-defence and mixed martial arts. He is a member of Martial Arts Association-International with headquarters in Germany and representative offices in 120 countries over the world. He has mastered a plenty of martial arts including  Wado-Ryu, Shotokan, Kung-Fu, Kyokushin, Goju-Ryu, Jujutsu, Boxing,  Capoeira, Jeet Kune Do, Wing-Chun, Taekwondo, etc. He is 30, and 19 years of his life he has devoted to world of Martial Arts.

Few years ago the first group of combat actors – «SAINT» Stunt Fighters Group was founded in Baku By Sain Farhad.They aimed to work for development of the Action cinematography in Azerbaijan. As a result, they were filmed for several movies and adds.
