FILM CLUB: ELCHIN MUSAOGLU’S FILM 40TH DOOR

YARAT Contemporary Art Centre is delighted to invite you to the screening of '40th Door', directed by Elchin Musaoglu produced by Ritm Production. The screening will be organized as a part of YARAT Film Club which aims to become an informal meeting point for the viewing and discussion of contemporary art videos and films.

Rustam, 14, lives with his mother in a countryside house. When his father is murdered by members of Russian mafia, Rustam is left the only man in his family. He moves to Baku to find a job that will allow him to support his mother.

The film received a Worldfest Houston International Film Festival Gold Remi Award.
