YARAT Contemporary Art Space are pleased to invite you to a next meeting of the Film Club which has already turned into an informal meeting point for discussion of contemporary cinematograph. YARAT is delighted to invite you to the screening of “Maryam”, a short film by a young filmmaker Khayyam Abdullayev & Elmaddin Aliyev.

The film "Maryam" is based on the works of a young artist Maryam Alekperli.
In the artistic part of the film the action takes place in an imaginary space. Old artist returns to the beginning of her life when she has to face her works alone in an empty room. The colorful world of the young artist is represented in a figurative way.
Film will be shown in Azeri with Russian subtitles.
